This Cancellation & Refunds Policy explains our policies regarding subscription cancellations, refunds, and data retention for ManufactureERP, a service provided by Lehartechnologies.com Pvt Ltd. By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
As a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, ManufactureERP operates under specific cancellation and refund rules designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.

All new users are eligible for a 30-day free trial period to evaluate ManufactureERP and determine if it meets their business needs.

If your trial period expires without subscribing to a paid plan:
You may convert your trial to a paid subscription at any time during the 30-day trial period. Once converted:
All subscription payments for ManufactureERP are NON-REFUNDABLE once the trial period has ended.
This no-refund policy applies to:
Exception: If you subscribe to a paid plan during your 30-day trial period and then decide to cancel before the trial period ends, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription amount paid.
To qualify for this refund:
If you cancel your subscription after the trial period has ended, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period. Your access to the Services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there is a billing error, please contact us immediately at yash@khandelwalbusar.com. We will investigate the issue and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund for the incorrect charge.
Billing error disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement.
In the rare event that ManufactureERP is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a pro-rated credit or refund for the downtime.
If your payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately and your payment provider (Razorpay) to dispute the charge. We will cooperate with the investigation and may issue a refund if fraud is confirmed.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services until that time.
When you cancel your subscription:
We do not charge any fees for cancelling your subscription. You may cancel at any time without penalty, though no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
If you are still within your 30-day trial period and have not paid for a subscription, you may simply stop using the service. No cancellation is required, though your data will be locked after the trial expires.
If you paid for a subscription during your trial and wish to cancel before the trial ends, you are eligible for a full refund as outlined in Section 4.2.
When your subscription is cancelled or expires (including trial expiration):

After the 3-year retention period, if you have not reactivated your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
If you wish to have your data deleted immediately rather than locked, you must delete your account (not just cancel your subscription).

All payments for ManufactureERP subscriptions are processed through Razorpay, our secure third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full credit card, debit card, or bank account information.
Razorpay collects and processes:
We only receive transaction confirmations and payment status updates from Razorpay. For questions about payment security or Razorpay's policies, please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
If you are eligible for a refund (as outlined in Section 4), refunds will be processed as follows:

You may upgrade your subscription at any time by adding premium modules or moving to a higher-tier plan. When you upgrade:
